Drink packages and Wi-Fi
Two of the biggest add-ons, and the two hardest to price. Only one of the three lines publishes its package prices at all.
What is covered
Royal Caribbean
The Deluxe Beverage Package covers cocktails, spirits, beer, wines by the glass, soda, mocktails, premium coffees and teas, bottled water, fresh juices and shakes, for drinks valued up to $14, and adds 40% off bottles of wine up to $100. The Refreshment Package is unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. The Classic Soda Package is fountain soda, including the Freestyle machines. A Coca-Cola Freestyle cup bought on its own is published at $4.99.
Their published rule: everyone of legal drinking age in the same stateroom has to buy the Deluxe package if one person does.
Celebrity
The Classic package covers beers, spirits, cocktails and wines by the glass up to $12 a serving, plus 15% off bottles. Premium raises that to $19 a serving and adds specialty coffees, craft beers and premium water, with 20% off bottles. There is also a non-alcoholic package. A 20% gratuity is added to the package price at checkout.
Celebrity has the same all-adults-in-the-stateroom rule, but publishes exceptions: children under 12, teens on zero-proof packages, pregnancy, and medical or recovery reasons.
Two Celebrity prices are published, both as upgrades on an All Included fare: Classic to Premium drinks at $20 per person per day including the beverage gratuity, and Basic to Premium Wi-Fi at $9.99 per person per day.

Packages must be bought for the whole voyage. Princess's disclaimer pages add an 18% service charge on top and publish a limit of 15 alcoholic drinks in any 24 hours, counted 6am to 6am.
The bundles
Princess also publishes its fare bundles, which is where most people actually end up:

Princess publishes that the price rises by $5 per person per day if you buy within four days of departure.
Celebrity's equivalent, All Included, bundles Basic Wi-Fi and the Classic Drink Package into the fare. Celebrity publishes that beverage package gratuities are included in it, but onboard staff gratuities are charged separately.
Wi-Fi, in plain terms

Doing the math
The honest way to decide is to count what you would actually buy. On Princess, the Plus bundle at $65 a day has to beat gratuities of $18 a day plus your drinks plus Wi-Fi bought separately. If you drink two cocktails and a coffee a day and want Wi-Fi, it usually wins. If you drink very little, it usually does not, and the soda package at $14.99 may be all you need.
On Royal Caribbean and Celebrity you cannot run that math from published prices. Open the planner for your own sailing, write the numbers down, and compare them to what you drank last time.
